PUNJAB Electricity power sector Pspcl should be completely under Private Companies so that the annual packages or monthly wages of each and every employee from peon to MD-Chairman can rise, so that each and every employee feels secure, now the situation is under very much drastic survival conditions. Workmanship-Manpower is just negligible and jobs are vacant, but government has no sufficient funds to supply. Worst Sufferer = common man who is always poorly become a castigate without owing to his or her fault.
All working department are poorly handle out every task, thinking that workload is more comparable to monthly wages and as result of they get slow down their workmanship which has drastic effect as well as affect on common men and women, their whole life threats as the common people always roam about their offices again and again irritating officers, who are supposed to cut down their work responsibilities, national welfare, ...every kind of due to low wages, workmanship becomes very very much poor at each and every step to give genuine services in a proper time.
